Chesterfield Business Park Office Condominiums – This project consisted of 38,400 SF of individually owned office condominiums in three separate single story buildings, located in a planned office park environment in Chesterfield MO.

Contico Office Expansion – This 30,000 SF office addition was completed within the shell of an existing warehouse for Contico in a record 59 days from groundbreaking to turn-over to owners. This new two story office addition serves as Contico’s 24 hr call center. In addition to the new construction, a renovation of the entire existing adjacent office building occurred simultaneously in the short construction period. Existing facility operations remained throughout construction. Due to the location of the new construction, very special construction techniques were utilized such as low clearance steel erection techniques, and helicopter lifts for rooftop HVAC equipment.

Cambridge School – This 8,500 SF premier day care center is located in the heart of a planned office community in Chesterfield MO. Its unique design features compliments the office park environment where it resides.

Gundaker Lake St. Louis Office building – This two story office building located in Lake St. Louis MO consists of 46,000 SF of suburban office space, intended for multiple tenant occupancy.

Chesterfield Commercial Center – This three story 60,000 SF Office building is the focal point of a planned office park development in Chesterfield MO, and corporate headquarters for Gundaker Commercial Group. Design features include significant use of stone elements at the columns as well as the parapet of the building, and extensive woodwork on the lobbies and common areas.
