Colonial Apartments - This 107 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Breckenridge MO consisted of a complete renovation of all units, as well as common area and building exterior improvements.

Oak Tree – This 140 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Overland MO consisted of a complete renovation of all units, as well as common area and building exterior improvements. In addition, a new leasing office/clubhouse/central laundry/maintenance building was built on site.

Hanley Crossings – This 208 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Normandy MO consisted of a complete renovation of all units, as well as common area and building exterior improvements.

Lackland Plaza – This 80 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Bel Ridge MO consisted of a complete renovation of all units as well as common areas, swimming pool, and common areas, in addition to a new leasing office and central laundry facility.

Charbonier Manor - This 72 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Florissant MO consisted of a complete renovation of all units as well as common areas, swimming pool, picnic and children’s play area, and the addition of a new on-site laundry facility.

Brookside Village – This 80 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Affton MO consisted of a complete renovation of all units as well as common areas and building exteriors, and the addition of a new office/clubhouse/maintenance garage.

Stratford Commons – This 114 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Pine Lawn MO consisted of new townhome units comprised of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. Amenities include a state of the art clubhouse with computer room, meeting room, leasing offices, and maintenance garage.

Peine Lakes - This 256 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Wentzville MO consisted of new construction of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include a state of the art clubhouse with computer room, meeting room, leasing offices, Beyond-The-Bell after school program, pool, and workout room.

Hidden Valley - This 200 unit LIHTC apartment project located in Wentzville consisted of a complete renovation of all units as well as common areas and building exteriors, and the renovation of the office/clubhouse/maintenance garage.

Parkview Apartments – This 178 unit LIHTC apartment project located in University City MO consisted of an occupied rolling rehabilitation of a high rise apartment building, renovating two floors at a time while the balance of the building was occupied. In addition to a complete renovation and conversion of all units, the common areas were renovated as well as all building exterior renovations.
