GCG’s Brokerage division, Grubb & Ellis│Gundaker Commercial, provides all traditional brokerage services, including sales, leasing and tenant representation with the support of a global organization providing outstanding resources to complement our services.  The Asset Management division is responsible for managing both our commercial property and multi-family property portfolios.  GCG currently manages more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space and has more than 2,000 “workforce housing” multi-family units under management or in various stages of development.  GCG’s Development division provides all facets of development services, including business development, research and due diligence through the initial phases.  Our Construction division provides general contracting services, land development, tenant finish services and more.
