Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Gundaker Commercial, Ingrid was Vice President of Investment Sales at Chekoudjian Real Estate Advisors in St. Louis, MO where she was responsible for identifying and negotiating various investment opportunities. During that time, she successfully closed approximately $60 million in commercial real estate sales transactions in 4 years.
