Donald Worley is an Advisor for Gundaker Commercial Group, Inc. (GCG). Throughout his tenure with the company, he has completed numerous commercial real estate transactions, primarily focusing on the sale of land in rural areas of Missouri. He is well-versed in the sale of commercial property and past transactions include a 47-acre commercial site, a 700-acre farm, a 22-unit apartment complex, a 60-unit motel, a 52,000 square foot warehouse and a 92,000 square foot industrial building. He works with a variety of clients, including Hardees, Amoco Oil, Shell Oil, Comfort Inn, Days Inn and McDonalds. Some of his more recent accomplishments include the completion of a $1 million project with Quik Trip and the sale of an 80,000 square foot warehouse to Duro-Flex Corporation.
