Dave holds both a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) which less than 1% of licensed Realtors in the US have earned. His clients include MetLife, Dierbergs Markets, USAA, Senniger Powers, US Bank, and many others on transactions from 500 SF to 215,000 SF in the St. Louis region and multiple markets around the US. In his career, Dave has completed over $500 million in transactions.
He has written many published articles about commercial real estate and has been quoted in the St. Louis Business Journal, Chicago Tribune, KSDK-Channel 5, The Midwest Real Estate News and others.
